Kingdom Clean Mobile Detailing seeks to provide the best complete mobile detailing service experience. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for considering our services and point out some of the terms and conditions of our business criteria. We hope you will find these policies listed below helpful and informative in explaining the extent of our auto detailing services. By scheduling any service with Kingdom Clean Mobile Detailing, you hereby agree to all the terms listed in said agreement.

1) Please provide an ample amount of space to perform our service, permission to be on-premises if you are not the owner, and a safe location as well as safe conditions to service your vehicle

2) If we arrive and the previously mentioned conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule the service at a later time/date that works for both parties. In addition, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.

3) If the service is provided at your home, please make sure to have all vehicles that will be leaving adjusted so we do not have to break down our setup to allow them to move.

4)If you have scheduled an appointment at our location, please understand that it is not a detail shop, but our garage at our home is equipped to take customers. We do not have a waiting room, so customers must arrange to drop off their vehicles. Please give us ample notice via phone call or text to schedule a time to drop the vehicle off.

5) We require payment to be made in full before leaving the job. If the customer is absent, they can leave payment in cash, check, Venmo, or cash app. We will send an invoice by text or email that must be paid in full before leaving. Failure to pay within the same day will result in a 10% late charge accrued each day if left unpaid.

6) We require a 24-hour notice to cancel any booking/detailing service. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

7)We reserve the right to charge up to half of the scheduled detailing service if cancelled by the customer on the day of said scheduled service unless circumstances cannot allow you to keep the scheduled service.

8) We reserve the right to charge $100 non-refundable retainer if the customer has cancelled and rescheduled multiple times.

9(We reserve the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but, wherever possible, will let the customer know.

10) We reserve the right to alter or move a booking according to weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.

11) Our estimated arrival time for our mobile services may depend on the weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12) We will contact you the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm, give you an estimated arrival time, and ensure the weather permits us to work.

13)We will contact you on the appointment day if we are running late or ahead of schedule.

14)Please remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from the vehicle before any details. If belongings must be removed from the vehicle to complete the detail, there will be a $10 upcharge.

15)If areas such as the centre armrest storage or glove compartment are not cleared, we cannot clean them due to customers' private personal belongings.

16) Due to child safety, we will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances unless wanting to get them cleaned for an add-on fee. We ask that's our clients remove car seats and booster seats before we arrive. Should the car seat be left in the car, we will do our best to clean around the car seat, but we can't promise your total satisfaction. If you want the car seat to be cleaned, the customer must ask for that cleaning before being added to the price.

17) We reserve the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle, and the customer's location.

18) We reserve the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original price.

19)A minimum of 10% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, faeces, or other hazardous materials. Depending on how much is in the vehicle, the price may vary.

20) Pet hair and sand are two of the hardest things to remove from a vehicle with regular vacuuming. The removal of either element is not guaranteed with any of our service offerings. However, on most occasions, we successfully remove visual traces of both elements.

21)We make no promises when it comes to the removal of stains and/or odours from vehicles. We aim to please, so we will try our best. Some stains are permanent.

22) Ozone machine- is an add-on fee of $60 and is not guaranteed that the smell won't return. We are not held responsible for returning smells/odours.

23) we try to do our best when it comes to windows. But occasionally, depending on the temperature, windows may have a film. Please allow the car to cool, take a microfiber towel, and wipe the film off if you see streaks. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

24) We are not responsible for damage due to heavily soiled, stained or damaged interior components, faded leather or colour fading on any part of the vehicle, such as dash buttons and knobs, doors, or leather. Such areas may be so caked with dirt, grime, and make-up that cleaning may result in these places losing their marking or color fading. Also, due to the age of the vehicle.

25) Upon request, We will only clean engine bays and sunroof/ moon roof or headliner. We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems when cleaning the places described above. Please make sure your vehicle is in good mechanical /electrical working order. There is no way of knowing these problems before we begin the job, so please understand that if issues arise after we detail the vehicle, we are not held responsible. If you want the engine bay cleaned, it is an add-on fee of $60.

26) If wanting the headliner cleaned, we gently clean it. However, there may be remaining stains. By cleaning aggressively cleaning, the headliner could be damaged. Please understand that headliners may not come completely clean.

27) We are not responsible for bakes on brake dust that cannot be completely removed either on the surface or deep within the wheel.

28) bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, water spots, and tar will chemically etch into the paint if left for an extended period. This will result in a deep chemical mark on the paintwork that may need additional work to remove safely. In some cases, it cannot be obliterated without compromising the clear coat; we are not responsible for these issues.

29) Any wax, sealant or coating not correctly cared for will not last its intended durability length. We recommend safe hand washing.

30) We respect your time and personal property and will always be polite and courteous. However, we reserve the right to refuse, deny or continue with any service if we deem the customer unreasonable.

31)We will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.

32)If we have applied a ceramic coating to your vehicle paint, trim, wheels, or glass and you opt out of our maintenance program to care for the coating, we are no longer responsible for any premature coating failure.

33)We also offer a maintenance program to those who have received our premium details. Maintenance details are required to be done at least every 30 days. If the customer doesn't answer or continues to reschedule, there will be an automatic upcharge. Depending on how long it's been, customers may have to pay full price before restarting the maintenance program.
